  • Only Members Can Perform Healthy IAQ Certificate Assessments

    For commercial and residential premises to obtain a Healthy IAQ Certificate, they must use an IIAQI Assessor AP who is a member of IIAQI to perform the assessment and communicate with the Institute.

  • You will be able to use the exclusive designation: Indoor Air Quality Professional Assessor (IAQPA)

    As a member you may use the designation name in email signature, on letterheads, business cards and all forms of address. When using the IAQPA designation, we encourage the spelling out of the designation fully in smaller print immediately below the signature block, as in the following example:

Requirements For Professional Membership

  • Over the age of 18
  • Pass the IIAQI Assessor AP course exam or hold one of the accepted qualifications
  • 20 hours of CPD (continuous professional development) per year

    • Indoor Environmental Investigation & Consulting: CIEC, CIE, CRIE
    • Indoor Air Quality Administration: CIAQM, CIAQAM
  • BOHS:  M Series
  • OHTA: International Certificate in Occupational Hygiene (ICertOHTA)
  • GOBGC: Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
